Using the textbook Diversified Health Occupations by Louise Simmers, we will study the foundations of and explore a variety of health career pathways.Lessons will include topics such as systems and careers in health care, legal and ethical responsibilities, anatomy and physiology, human growth and development, nutrition, infection control, vital signs, first aid and safety.

The study of Medical Terminology takes place during Level II of the Health Careers Program.
