This course will enable students to engage with the content of their on-site English course from home. This course is mostly a study of British literature including Beowulf, Canterbury Tales, Lord of the Flies, Twelfth Night, and 1984.- This course provides students with an introduction to object-oriented programming concepts using the Java programming language. In this course, emphasis will be placed on programming structures, Java standards, logical thought processes and "real world" expectations.
The Senior Project is a fitting conclusion to each student’s high school education because, through the project, a student is able to demonstrate accumulated skills in reasoning, research, problem-solving, organization, time-management, writing and public-speaking. This is a worthwhile and valuable experience as the culmination of his/her K-12 education, because these are the very skills and abilities which he/she will be expected to demonstrate as college students and/or employees.
This class introduces the student to the world of marketing. Through a variety of activities, the student gets an in-depth look at marketing within a business and how it works. DECA (Distributive Education Clubs of America) is introduced and students will have an opportunity to compete on a regional, state and country wide basis.
